Seasonal ownership purchase contracts entered into on or after 23rd February 2011 will be subject to the provisions of The Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010.  These regulations require Gleneagles to provide you with certain key information in relation to the proposed seasonal ownership contract.
