You would make a one off payment to the solicitors of Gleneagles Resort Developments Limited for £23,195 for the right to occupy the property for one week (week 24) per year until the year 2058. If this price is spread over the 49 years between now and the year 2058, this is equivalent to  £473.37 per annum.
(£243.50/48 years = £507.29. per annum)

There is also an annual management charge payable to the Glenmor Owners Club. The current rate for this is illustrated below.
